Prodigy Care Services Welcomes Manager of Post Acute Care, Casey Heffner, to leadership team
Prodigy Care Services names a new leadership team member with expertise in post acute care (PAC) – care coordination, workers’ compensation, and hands-on patient care delivery.
In her new role, Heffner will oversee the day-to-day operations of Prodigy’s Post-Acute Care solution, PACparency. Her responsibilities include engaging with key stakeholders such as referral source payers, network and out-of-network providers, and Prodigy’s PAC care coordination, provider development, and clinical consultant teams.
Heffner previously held key PAC coordination roles at Adva-Net, where she played a crucial part in the company’s high-velocity growth in PAC services from 2016-2018, continuing through its acquisition by Paradigm. In addition to her success in care coordination, Casey has over eight years of direct patient care experience in post-acute care facilities.
